What Is a Live Wedding Painting?
Live painting is an immersive and artistic experience where your wedding scene is painted on-site during your celebration. I set up at your venue and begin painting even before guests arrive—capturing the mood, surroundings, and, most importantly, the two of you.
By the end of the event, you’ll have a nearly complete artwork, refi ned in-studio and ready to hang in your home as a timeless keepsake.
Package One – Classic Canvas
- Canvas Size: 16″x20″ (40×50 cm)
- Medium: Acrylic on premium gallery-wrapped canvas
- Pre-event consultation to plan your painting
- Up to 7 hours of live painting at your venue
- Light post-event studio touchups

Package Two – Signature Masterpiece
- Canvas Size: 18″x24″ (45×60 cm)
- Medium: Acrylic on gallery-wrapped canvas
- Pre-wedding consultation and scene planning
- Up to 8 hours of live painting
- Up to 6 hours of additional studio refinement
- Protective varnish for lasting finish

How It All Works
Before the Wedding
- Fill out the contact form with your wedding details
- I’ll confi rm availability within 48 hours
- Booking is secured with a 20% deposit (40% for weddings outside Auckland)
- A pre-event questionnaire and planning call will take place 4–6 weeks before your date
- Final payment (including travel, if applicable) is due two weeks before your wedding
On the Day
- I arrive 2–3 hours early to start sketching your venue
- After the ceremony, I’ll capture a quick reference pose of the couple
- I paint live throughout the event, engaging guests who wish to see the progress
- You’ll preview the near-fi nal piece before I take it for studio completion
After the Wedding
- Final touches and detailing are completed in my studio (up to 6 weeks)
- A preview photo is sent for approval before varnishing
- Delivery or collection is arranged—available NZ-wide and internationally
